Terms of Service

Using Unlimited Messaging
means accepting these rules.

By using our platform, you agree to the conditions described below. Read them carefully - they define what you can do, what we guarantee, and our respective responsibilities.

We are an intermediary, not a sender

Unlimited Messaging is a technical gateway between your WhatsApp account and your applications. We do not write, read, or control the messages sent through our platform. You are solely responsible for the content you send, the people you send it to, and the frequency with which you send it.

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Comply with WhatsApp Terms of Service
  • Not send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal content
  • Comply with applicable electronic communications laws
  • Obtain recipient consent where required by law

Anti-spam systems and compliance

We have put automated systems in place to detect and prevent abusive usage:

  • Send rate limiting to prevent spam
  • Detection of abnormal or repetitive behaviour
  • Automatic account suspension upon detected violations
  • Compliance monitoring against WhatsApp Business rules
These measures protect both our users and the integrity of the WhatsApp platform. Despite these safeguards, we cannot guarantee that no abuse will slip through. The final responsibility for usage remains with the user.

Service provided "as is"

Unlimited Messaging is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to maintain reliable infrastructure, ensure service availability and deliver new features, but we cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability (outages, maintenance, incidents)
  • Complete absence of bugs or errors in our systems
  • Permanent compatibility with WhatsApp's own changes
  • Preservation of messages or data in the event of a technical incident

We do everything we can to minimise interruptions and resolve incidents quickly. But unexpected events can happen - infrastructure failures, WhatsApp updates, third-party incidents - and we cannot be held liable for them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Unlimited Messaging shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of data, messages, or information
  • Any loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity
  • Any interruption or degradation of the service
  • Any damages arising from content sent by users
  • Any WhatsApp account block, suspension, or restriction by Meta
If WhatsApp changes its terms, suspends your account, or blocks our API access, we cannot be held liable. We will do our best to notify you and minimise the impact.

Violations and sanctions

Any user who violates these terms - including by sending spam, illegal content, or breaching WhatsApp's terms of service - may face the following sanctions:

  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account ban
  • No refund of any kind for the remaining subscription period
  • Reporting to relevant authorities if required by law
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without refund of any kind, if we determine that these terms have been violated.
